Suitor, Middleton, Cox & Associates is a licensed full service Community Association Management firm established in 1972 and service clients in the Fort Myers, Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs areas of southern Lee County.

We have a staff complement totaling fifty-four including CAM and accounting and maintenance professionals who are seasoned business, association management, accounting and maintenance personnel.

Our principals and CAM managers have extensive business experience including corporate and investment banking, association management services and accounting.  Services are provided to HOA and Condominium Association clients including Master Associations and large individual HOA's and Condominiums.
